When applying for the issuance of the Electronic Identity Card, the citizen may declare the intention to donate organs and tissues.
After the issuance of the CIE, if the citizen decides to cancel the declaration of intention, it is possible to exercise the right to the protection of personal data (art. 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Town Hall officer can help in following the procedure.
