The Ministry of the Interior provides municipalities with an online booking system to manage the schedules of appointments for CIE applications.
The Municipal Manager can activate the service according to the following procedure: access the booking system and set the configurations related to the calendar of appointments for the public.
The credentials to access the online booking system are automatically generated once the registry card of the Municipality has been filled in and validated, available in the CIE Data section of the Private Area of the Demographic Services portal.
The Manager receives the credentials at the e-mail address indicated during the CIE Locations form submission.
In case it is necessary to integrate the online appointment management platform with the queue elimination service of the Municipality, it is possible to require it by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
